3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & HANDMADE NATURE

All products sold by Sunrise by Marina are handmade jewelry items.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • No two handmade items are identical
  • Slight variations in color, size, shape, or texture are not defects
  • Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from actual items due to lighting, screen settings, or photography

These variations are inherent to handmade craftsmanship and do not constitute grounds for refund or dispute.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing at any time
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors integrated with WooCommerce.

We do not store full credit card information.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Stock availability issues
  • Payment verification failure
  • Pricing errors
  • Abuse of returns or chargebacks

If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

6. SHIPPING POLICY

We currently offer free shipping within the United States only.

International shipping availability is not guaranteed.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery commitments.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.)
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • National holidays
  • Logistical disruptions

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS INCORPORATED POLICY

Returns are governed by our Return Policy (30-day window).

Exceptions apply only in cases of:

Subjective dissatisfaction (style preference, size expectation, color variation) does not qualify as a defect.
