1. GENERAL WARRANTY AGREEMENT

This Warranty Policy (“Warranty”) is provided by Sunrise by Marina (“Company”, “we”, “us”) and applies to all products purchased through our website.

By purchasing any product, you acknowledge and agree that this Warranty is limited, conditional, and strictly governed by the terms set forth below.

This Warranty does not override or expand consumer rights beyond what is explicitly stated herein or required by applicable law.


2. LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

Sunrise by Marina provides a limited warranty of 90 (ninety) days from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only.

A “manufacturing defect” is defined as:

  • Faults in materials caused during production
  • Improper assembly prior to shipment
  • Structural defects not caused by external factors

This Warranty applies only to defects that existed at the time the product was shipped.


3. WHAT IS COVERED

Under this Warranty, eligible claims may include:

  • Broken components due to manufacturing error
  • Clasp or fastening failure due to production defect
  • Structural integrity failure unrelated to misuse
  • Faulty assembly discovered under normal use conditions

All determinations of what constitutes a manufacturing defect are made solely by the Company after inspection.


4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED (EXCLUSIONS)

This Warranty explicitly excludes all of the following:

4.1 Normal Wear & Tear

Including but not limited to:

  • Scratches
  • Tarnishing
  • Natural fading over time
  • Surface changes due to usage

4.2 Misuse or Improper Handling

  • Dropping or impact damage
  • Pulling, bending, or excessive force
  • Improper storage
  • Wearing during sports, sleeping, or heavy activity

4.3 Environmental & Chemical Exposure

  • Water damage (including salt water, pools, showers)
  • Exposure to perfumes, lotions, oils, or chemicals
  • Humidity-related changes

4.4 Natural Materials & Gemstones

Because many products are made with natural stones:

  • Variations in color, texture, or shape
  • Natural inclusions or imperfections
  • Slight differences between pieces

are NOT considered defects.


4.5 Unauthorized Modifications

  • Repairs performed by third parties
  • Alterations to original design
  • Size adjustments not performed by the Company

5. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must:

5.2 Required Information

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence
  • Proof of purchase

5.3 Inspection Process

All items must be evaluated by the Company.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request return of the item for inspection
  • Refuse claims without sufficient evidence
  • Determine whether the issue qualifies under this Warranty

6. WARRANTY REMEDIES (COMPANY DISCRETION)

If a claim is approved, the Company may choose, at its sole discretion, one of the following remedies:

  • Repair of the item
  • Replacement with the same or similar product
  • Store credit of equal value
  • Partial refund (where applicable)

No cash refund is guaranteed under this Warranty unless required by law.


7. LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

This Warranty is:

  • Non-transferable
  • Limited strictly to the original purchaser
  • Valid only with proof of purchase

The Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Sunrise by Marina’s official website.


8. NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Durability beyond normal usage expectations

9. LIABILITY LIMITATION FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS

In connection with any Warranty claim, the total liability of Sunrise by Marina shall not exceed:

  • The original purchase price of the product in question

We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Emotional distress
  • Loss of use
  • Loss of value beyond purchase price

10. RIGHT TO DENY CLAIMS

We reserve the right to deny any warranty claim if:

  • Evidence is insufficient
  • Damage is clearly caused by misuse
  • Claim is submitted after the 90-day period
  • Fraud or abuse is suspected
  • Item has been altered or repaired externally

All decisions made by the Company are final.


11. REPLACEMENT POLICY LIMITATION

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Replacement items may not be identical to the original
  • Natural variations in materials may occur
  • Availability of identical components is not guaranteed

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure to fulfill warranty obligations due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier issues
  • Material shortages
  • Technical or production delays

13. FRAUD PREVENTION

We actively monitor warranty claims for abuse.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject suspicious claims
  • Block future purchases
  • Report fraudulent activity to payment processors or authorities
  • Require additional verification

14. MODIFICATION OF WARRANTY TERMS

We may modify or update this Warranty at any time without prior notice.

The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
